The Plaza and Pavilion at Sundance Square, in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth, are the premier gathering spaces for special events. We host a multitude of holiday and cultural community events throughout the year. 

Private bookings are limited to keep the integrity of being open to the public on a daily basis. 

Event requests require a detailed application and approval process before securing a date. 

• Capacities vary with layout

• 32 max, sit down dinner inside only

• 100 cocktail hour inside and outside patio

• 100 max ceremony seating inside

• 6 Hours Minimum

• Capacities vary with layout.

• Full Plaza includes use of the Pavilion (200-500 capacity)

• Half Plaza includes either over the fountains or under the umbrellas (150-250 capacity)

• Tented events require 3 days for set up and tear down

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Pavilion half day rentals are a maximum of six (6) hours, including set-up and tear-down.

2. Full day rentals are a maximum of twelve (12) hours, including set-up and tear-down.

3. All rentals include non-exclusive use of the Plaza restrooms.

4. The plants and greenery currently installed in the space cannot be moved.

5. The Pavilion has built in speakers for amplified sound/music. Applicant’s iPod/iPad/iPhone can be connected to this system or a Pandora station can be played.

6. Events are not confirmed until an application is processed and approved by your Sundance representative in writing and a non-refundable 50% deposit check along with required certificates of insurance have been received by Sundance Square.

7. Wedding rehearsal time can be arranged for a minimal fee prior to the event date when space allows. Overtime fees are applicable if the event extends beyond the license agreement time agreed upon in the executed license agreement.
